What are the Basic Regulations?
Must have verification of a safety inspection done by a licensed WATV dealer or repair shop.
WATV’s can only be operated on roads where the speed limit for all types of vehicles is 35 mph or less
Need to acquire and affix a license plate
Posses a valid drivers license
Driver and Passengers are required to wear a helmet
All WATV’s operated on public roads must have designated equipment, such as:
