The term of office is up to six years. It is the Planning Commission’s responsibility to consider Conditional Use and Variance Applications and to make recommendations to the City Council.
Meetings are the first Thursday of the month with some exceptions – January (changed to 8th 2026), April, July, and October to review city codes and make recommendations to the City Council. Special Meeting to be called at any time.
